With the nation’s most comprehensive hospice care program, we’re dedicated to meeting every need and creating an individual plan of care that celebrates life and honors wishes, traditions and heritage. In all we do, we help our patients live fully and support families for the long term.
This 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization is dedicated to supporting the specialized programs and services offered by Hospice of Palm Beach County and other Spectrum affiliates. As the philanthropic arm for Hospice of Palm Beach County, it raises funds to support the many vital programs and projects that truly make a difference in the lives of others. The goal is to build an asset base substantial enough to positively impact the future of Spectrum Health, Inc., and particularly Hospice of Palm Beach County.
As a model Durable Medical Equipment and Services provider, The Medical Store is recognized for over 30 years of success. Their professional staff are multilingual and are continually updated and trained on the latest home healthcare technology. The Medical Store strives to guarantee the safety of patients and to provide solutions that offer maximum independence. The Medical Store accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances and is a JCAHO accredited 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
New business endeavors, such as Hospice Partners On CallSM, our after-hours call center for other hospice programs nationwide, will in the future provide supplemental revenue to help offset any decreases in Medicare reimbursement. As the umbrella to businesses such as these, Spectrum Health Services, Inc. will act as another supporting component for the Hospice of Palm Beach County family - all to increase access to care.
